Refund and Returns Policy
This website is owned and operated by The Gudz, a dba of The Strategic Engagement Center LLC ( “Company,” “we,” or “us”).
There are no refunds and no exceptions anytime. Due to the digital nature of the products and services and the unlimited access to your active account, we do not provide refunds after purchase or renewal. Please note that we are a digital product-based platform and provide access to digital products that we create or hire contractors to create. To keep our operating costs and pricing low and provide ease of use for customers, we create digital products, hire contractors to create digital products in bulk, and offer unlimited downloads to all new and existing digital products and services once uploaded to the website. Because access is unlimited to active accounts and subscriptions, we do not keep track of your downloads. Therefore, we do not and are not obligated to track what you use, when you use it, or how many times you access each item. For these reasons, there are no refunds and no exceptions anytime.
You are responsible for using the products or memberships you’ve purchased while your account is active. When your membership and subscription account expires, your product access will be removed.
You may cancel your membership subscription and/or account with us at any time; however, there are no refunds for any such cancellation. When you cancel a subscription, your status will change to pending cancellation, and your access will remain available until the date your subscription expires. Once it expires, your access to all digital products and services is removed automatically.
All membership plans, subscriptions, and installment plans include automatic re-billing for your convenience. You shall be responsible for your subscription account and maintaining your payment method, whether billing is automatic, paused, or canceled.
The company is not obligated to remind you of the automatic or manual subscription re-billing you have set up on your account dashboard. Emails sent to you from the company about your subscription account status are sent as a courtesy and are not obligated by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation requests received after the automatic renewal has taken place will not be eligible for a refund.
- Log into your account and click on ‘my account‘ to head to your dashboard
- Click on ‘Subscriptions‘ in the menu shown on your account dashboard
- Locate your subscription and click the ‘Cancel‘ option
- Once you click the button, you have successfully canceled your subscription
Refunds will NOT be given in the event that you do not cancel your membership before your renewal date. No exceptions will be made.
To prevent any future auto-rebilling of your membership or subscriptions, you can cancel your current membership plan at any time in your account dashboard.
You will continue to have membership access until the end of your current plan, but you will not be re-billed at the end of the term.
Installment payment plans for courses and coaching are not eligible for cancellation.
If the company suspends or terminates your account or these terms for any reason, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any The Gudz Property or any fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
In the event the company makes an exception and issues a refund (which it is under no obligation to provide), you understand and agree that you must immediately retrieve and delete all relevant product files from any and all places you have distributed the files to and all computers you have downloaded them to. Each subscription payment and installment payment already processed contains a non-refundable $20 administration fee.
You also understand and agree that once a refund is requested, you are not permitted to exploit the product files in question, and immediately upon receipt of a refund, all licenses to such product files and underlying content are revoked, and you are not authorized to use the product in any form or for any purpose whatsoever.
If you request a refund because a product is damaged or different than what you thought you were receiving, contact us, and we will replace it. If the product happens to be a downloaded form or an online course, it is understood by you, the user, that you will not receive a refund for not having the time to do the work to complete the course.
